Data controller

Roberta Giacobbi — email rg.robgiac@gmail.com, phone +39 347 4357079.

What data we collect and why

• Purchases: name, email, phone, shipping address and the works purchased, to deliver the order and for tax obligations (kept for 10 years). Payment takes place on Stripe, which processes card data as an independent controller: the site never sees it.
• Contact form: name, email and message, to reply to your request.
• Site statistics: pages viewed, referral source (e.g. Instagram, Google), language and device type, anonymously: we do not store IP addresses and do not recognise visitors from one day to the next.

Cookies

Technical cookies, always on because the site needs them:

• rg_carrello — cart contents (30 days)
• rg_lingua — chosen language (1 year)
• rg_origine — which campaign or page the browser came from, for anonymous statistics only (30 days)
• rg_consenso — your cookie choices (6 months)

Your rights

You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data or to restrict its use by writing to the email address above. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
